As part of October’s Quality Month celebrations, LAUGFS Rubber recently held a dynamic SOP focused quiz competition on 25 October, fostering a strong commitment to excellence under the theme “Quality First.” Launched in 2019, the quiz has become a key training event, testing knowledge on Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
After fierce preliminary rounds, the top teams LAUGFS Super Kings, Warriors, Fighters, and Legends advanced to the semi finals, with the Super Kings and Fighters moving to a highly competitive final. In a tight race, the LAUGFS Super Kings emerged victorious by just 10 points, while Mr Asitha from the Fighters claimed the highest individual score.
This Quality Month initiative has not only strengthened camaraderie across departments but also underscored LAUGFS Rubber’s dedication to high standards, making it a memorable experience.
