The International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) 2024, held at the iconic Mount Lavinia Hotel, celebrated excellence under the theme “Quest for Quality, Productivity, and Innovation.” LAUGFS Rubber stole the spotlight by securing two prestigious Gold Awards, a testament to its relentless pursuit of quality and innovation. These accolades were the result of the exceptional efforts of two teams who had previously clinched gold at SLAAQP 2023 and 2024. Triumphing over 1,086 teams from 12 countries, including 188 from Sri Lanka, LAUGFS Rubber proudly claimed victory on the global stage.
