LAUGFS ‘Lalana’ is a women empowerment initiative by LAUGFS Super to uphold the majority of female staff at supermarkets. Under this initiative, a unique project was introduced considering the menstrual health challenges our female staff undergo. Collaborating with ‘Aya’ sanitary napkin brand by Hemas, supported the good cause of providing free sanitary napkins to all female staff at LAUGFS Super every month, which was then proposed to be extended to the group as well
